Wow. I am just overwhelmed at the goodness that I was blessed with this week. The alligator tears poured out as we parted ways at the airport because it was such a joyous time together. We dug deep at each city and dropped in with each attendee and heard their heart. There are no words to explain how much they mean to me, how much this work brings me to my core, how firm I am set in my feet when I do this work.

I am coming home and making choices in my life to experience this feeling everyday. This requires sacrifice, saying YES to something and NO to another. I won’t be perfect but here is where my heart is at.

I am saying YES to being joyful. To taking time each morning and nurturing myself in the word and written prayer. I am saying YES to going to bed at the same time as my husband. I am saying YES to being myself. To challenge others, to coach them, to encourage them. I am saying YES to a investing in a new platform to do this daily. I am saying YES to trusting the Lord on the perfect time to have a baby. I am saying YES to living each day with intention. To not living on the surface. I am saying YES to NOT finding my worth in front of a computer screen. I am saying YES to reading scripture before bed as a couple.

I am saying YES to being goofy and giddy. I am saying YES to more running. To dancing each day. I am saying YES to big family dinners. To NOT work when my husband walks through the door. To charging my value. I am saying YES to cooking in the kitchen. To laughter. To filling my walls with inspiration.

I am saying YES to trusting the LORD each moment. I am saying YES to choosing him instead of mindless things like Hulu or hours on Facebook. I am saying YES to committing to be present especially with Matt. Which makes more time to say YES to new adventures, canoeing, rock climbing and being out on the water.

Lastly, I’m saying yes to believing that I am worth it. To finding my identity in HIM. I am saying YES to my purpose. I am saying YES to living from my core. Blogging from my core, mentoring from my core, photographing from my core and loving from my core.

I am saying YES to telling you that you are worth it. You deserve to live from your core. I am saying YES to love you even when you screw up or think you could never make “that” happen. I am saying YES to believing in you.
